The room was great--well appointed and comfortable. LOVED the funky wallpaper in the bathroom. Good free parking and location was convenient. There was also a pleasant venue behind the hotel for a morning walk.

Let me tell you as we stepped into the front desk a big warm smile and hello how are you doing greeted us. From check-in to check-out it was a beautiful stay. I needed an accessible room and when I say that it met standards, it exceeded. The room was huge and roomy beds really comfortable and just right, they were not to high off floor and not to low. The roll in shower was just that and the tile on the bathroom floor ( I am trying to find the words to explain it) but they were not slippery and the water from the shower immediately dried up, I'm a fall risk so I look for little things like this and they did a phenomenal job.

The room was big and spacious. The beds were nice, and the hotel was only a couple minutes away from UNC.

The room was spacious, with ample storage. It was laid out so you could work at the desk privided, chill on the sofa or sleep. There was a bar downstairs. There were a few restaurants, coffee shops and even a drug store about 200 m away.

Very cool vibe. I love how all the aloft properties are different and this one did not disappoint. Loved all the local art in the lobby. The front desk person was super nice, loved her. Give that woman a raise!

location was convenient, easy walking to some restaurants. very thoughtfully laid out spacious rooms with high end extras.

The staff was friendly and gracious. They accommodated my special request and made a hard day better with their kindness. I also like the fact that they weren’t in stuffy uniforms. Their entire went with the vibe of the hotel, overall.

Staff was cheerful and efficient. Bartended at the WXYZ was fun and quirky, in the best possible way. Just what you wanted to come back to after a day exploring.
